Home Help Center Employee Management Assigning Resources to an Enterprise Member

Prerequisites

  • An enterprise administrator has subscribed to a product and a resource has been enabled.
  • The enterprise administrator has added an enterprise member.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the cloud service portal as the enterprise administrator.
  2. Choose Console on the menu bar.
    The management console is displayed.
  3. Click Allocate Resource on the menu bar.

    The enterprise administrator can assign cloud server and cloud disk resource to the enterprise members.

  4. Choose Cloud Server > Instances from the navigation area.
    The cloud server list is displayed, containing the assigned resources and unassigned resources.
  5. Assign or reclaim a cloud server.
    • Assign a cloud server.
      1. Select an unassigned cloud server and click Assign.
      2. Select an enterprise member from the enterprise member list.
      3. Click OK.

        In the cloud server list, the cloud server is assigned to the specified enterprise member.

    • Reclaim a cloud server.
      1. Select an assigned cloud server and click UnAssign.

        An assignment cancellation confirmation dialog box is displayed.

      2. Click OK.

        In the cloud server list, the cloud server is not assigned to any enterprise members.
